Toying with an Idea

I've been building a new prop in my head, and I thought I'd share the first concrete evidence of it.

What is it?  Well, I think the basic design might be reminiscent of something familiar, but the final product will be decidedly... different

And that's all I'm saying now.  But feel free to ask questions so I can give mysterious responses...

I always think it's interesting to see how a scene or prop develops from the original sketch to the final product.

Not like I need another witch (especially considering there won't be a haunt next year), but she'll be animatronic (of course that justifies it!). We're talking moving eyes, eyebrows, lips, eyelids, articulated hands...yeah, it's gonna be awesome.
